Please ensure that all documents are provided in PDF format for optimal processing speed. For printing Excel files, please submit fully formatted files compatible with the paper size(s) you require. Failure to do so may result in significant delays and increased printing costs. Additionally, consider the page count generated after formatting and assess whether all worksheets need to be printed. If necessary, set print areas to specify the content that should be included.

To facilitate the printing process, please provide detailed instructions. Specify your preferences for single-sided or double-sided printing, as well as whether you require full color or black & white printing. If you have any additional requirements such as stapling or three-hole punching, kindly include them in your instructions.

Before submitting your print job, carefully review all the documents to be printed. Estimate the number of pages needed for both full color and black & white printing, and consider the associated costs. It is important to avoid submitting unnecessary documents for printing, as this can cause processing delays. For instance, if you include a Zip file containing numerous documents that do not need to be printed, it will take longer to process through our portal. Additionally, deleting the unwanted files will further delay the production of your job.

Please provide an accurate deadline for the completion of the work, avoiding artificially shortened timelines. It is important to allow sufficient time for the production of high-quality work. Rushing unnecessarily to meet an unrealistic deadline is counterproductive and may result in subpar results. Remember the saying, "Haste makes waste!"

For uploading files through our website www.pindocs.com, we have some recommendations to enhance turnaround times:

1. When dealing with print jobs involving over 100 files, you can improve turnaround times by using file name padding. File name padding involves inserting a three- or four-digit number at the beginning of each file name to maintain order. For instance, the first file would have "0001" at the beginning of its name, and the 200th file would start with "0200," and so on.

2. When compressing files into a Zip file or archive, please include only printable files. Avoid including video or audio files, as these types of files are generally large and can significantly slow down the upload process, sometimes taking extra minutes or even hours. Additionally, including unnecessary files carries a minimal risk of crashing your computer during transmission. If you need to send audio or video files for copying onto a flash drive, it is advisable to place them in a separate Zip file before uploading.

3. Whenever possible, send PDF files and basic Office files such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Other file formats may or may not be compatible with our printers. If you have any doubts about the printability of a specific file, please feel free to contact us anytime at 1-212-832-3032 or production@pindocs.com, and we will gladly assist you in determining whether the file can be printed or not.
